Director Luke Hobbs oversees all active projects including subcontractor engagement, procurement and liaison. Equipped with 15-years experience, Luke has rapport with the best local talent. 

Customer maintenance

We pride ourselves on proactively servicing our client projects at three and 10-months during our Hobbs Customer Care 12-months Maintenance Program.  

Hobbs generally only accepts genuine enquiry by clients whom have prior participated in our Design Package, and both parties acknowledge that the client-builder relationship is the ‘right fit’.

Due to demand Hobbs are currently experiencing approximate 6-month lead times to complete a new build construction in the Scenic Rim (pending the size and complexity of your project).

At this stage unfortunately no, our team is focusing on new builds in and around the Scenic Rim.

Absolutely! Hobbs proudly utilises Master Builders Queensland fixed price residential build contracts including transparent costs including builder’s margin, timeframes and progress claim expectations.

Yes it sure will! A professional handover clean is inclusive in each and every contract executed.

Our site team will proactively be in touch (within 7-days) if any Extension of Time is required due to unforeseen wet weather delays.

Hobbs proudly utilises Buildertrend – a cloud based software system which includes multiple functionality such as an exclave client dashboard whereby all messaging, change orders, schedule, documents and images are stored throughout the life of the project.

Yes we sure do, it’s titled the ‘Hobbs 12-months Customer Care Maintenance Program’ whereby we proactively send a Carpenter to site at approximately 3 and 10 months post Handover to adhere to any minor defects which may have popped up (ie. cracking plaster or sticking doors).

Our Builder Luke will be in contact directly should any red flags arise throughout the project in regards to price escalation.

Absolutely! Hobbs operates a full service design agency able to assist with to-scale furniture layouts, procurement, installation and styling.
